> Raise cash by listing jobs you’ll actually do. Someone books, pays and you hit your target.

mano (https://www.manotasks.com) is a web app for raising a specific amount of money through small, priced jobs — not donations, not a loan, not an employer. You name a cash goal, list work you will do, and send a link. A person books one job and pays by card. You do the work, they confirm, and the payout is released through Stripe. The platform fee is 6%.

## Product

- Brand: mano (also written MANO, manotasks)
- Domain: https://www.manotasks.com
- Tagline: cash for the thing you want
- Promise: Someone books, pays and you hit your target.
- Founder: Dan Murphy, Ireland
- Payments and payouts: Stripe
- Fee: 6% on each payout (94% to the tasker)
- Accounts: taskers sign up with email and password; payers do not need an account

## How it works

1. Set how much you need and what it is for (festival tickets, rent, a phone, a trip).
2. List jobs you will actually do, each with a flat price (walk a dog, wash a car, tutor for an hour).
3. Create a login and connect a bank account on Stripe.
4. Share your page link.
5. Someone books a job and pays.
6. You mark the job done. The customer confirms. Funds release.
